Have Your Say!

The Institute of Public Care (IPC) are conducting a Substance Misuse Population Needs Assessment which will help to inform the Recommissioning Strategy for Substance Misuse Services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to get involved!!

Your input into the needs assessment will help to shape services through recommissioning and contribute to positive change moving forward! If you’ve had experience with substance misuse services, come along to the meeting and contribute to the Population Needs Assessment for Cardiff and the Vale!

Friday 21st September : 1pm @ The Wallich, Cathedral Road, CF11 9JF

If you’re unable to attend, you can still get involved. Below are 4 key questions that we’d love for you to answer and feedback on.

What are the big substance use/misuse issues at the moment, and are things changing?

What services are available and how do you find out about them to get help and support?

What’s your experience of how services work at present? What helps and what hinders?

How do people move through the system, towards recovery? What helps people to keep going and what makes it difficult?

Please send all responses to abbi.williams@wales.nhs.uk / Ben.Davies5@wales.nhs.uk
